Summary
Join Pallet, a fast-growing logistics technology company, as their EDI Developer. This remote position within the USA focuses on building and managing EDI integrations for their Transportation Management System and Warehouse Management System. You will develop EDI integrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage directly with customers, and oversee program management activities. The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of EDI experience, proficiency in EDI middleware (preferably Dell Boomi), API experience (JavaScript preferred), and excellent organizational and customer service skills. Requirements
- 4+ years experience working with EDI's
- Proficiency in any EDI middleware software with a preference for transportation related EDI (204, 210, 211, 214, 990, 997)
- Experience with Dell Boomi or similar middleware software
- API experience; specifically using Javasript preferred
- Extremely organized with the ability to track multiple issues going on at any given point in time
- Experience building EDI documentation
- Customer service orientation: ability to solve tough technical problems with several external parties
Responsibilities
- Develop EDI integrations by creating guides, mappings to internal APIs, and conducting end-to-end testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration processes
- Engage with customers through emails, kick-offs, and troubleshooting calls
- Oversee program management activities to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues
- Address and resolve issues related to existing integrations promptly
- Tackle any problems that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
