Summary

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of customer success experience in the edtech space, a proven track record working with K-12 schools and districts, a deep understanding of education systems, strong communication skills, and a passion for education and technology.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer success experience in the edtech space
  • Proven track record working with K-12 schools and districts in Texas, California, Florida, or similar states
  • Deep understanding of education systems, district priorities, and the challenges educators face
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – both 1:1 and with larger stakeholder groups
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about education, technology, and helping others succeed

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing relationships with school and district leaders
  • Leading onboarding, training, and rollout processes for new customers
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, helping educators integrate the product into everyday practice
  • Proactively identifying risks, solving problems, and delivering value throughout the customer journey
  • Collaborating closely with product, sales, and support teams to elevate the customer experience
  • Driving renewals and expansion opportunities within your portfolio
