Join Thyme Care as an Education and Enablement Coordinator and facilitate training sessions, develop training content and enablement materials for the non-clinical Care Team. You will support the release of new processes, develop ongoing education resources, and assist with the onboarding program for new hires. Success in this role requires operational orientation, expertise in healthcare training and patient-oriented roles, effective communication, comfort with ambiguity, a desire to learn new technologies, and a bias to action. The position is full-time and requires location within the lower 48 United States. Thyme Care values acting with members in mind, moving with purpose, and seeking diverse perspectives.

Requirements

  • Operational orientation. Creating and improving processes is second nature for you. You build repeatable, reliable, and efficient processes and are able to train others accordingly
  • Expertise in facilitating and building training in the healthcare space. Youโ€™ve worked in patient-oriented roles and have the ability to coach and provide feedback
  • Effective listener and communicator. You are persuasive and articulate, but you always start by listening. You build rapport, trust, and great working relationships with colleagues

You have experience with video software, Google Suite, Slack, and electronic health records, or you are comfortable learning new software applications
