Elearning Developer

Summary

Join BeyondTrust as a GTM Enablement eLearning Developer and contribute to a safer world through cybersecurity. You will transform the GTM organization by creating engaging eLearning courses using your graphic design and technical skills. Collaborate with peers, participate in training process development, and continuously improve internal training. Integrate new features into courses with each major release and document eLearning skill development paths. This role requires strong communication, eLearning development, and graphic design skills, along with experience with Adobe products and Articulate Storyline. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 3 years related professional experience
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Experience developing eLearning for software products, using any rapid development tool, such as Articulate Storyline
• Experience with Adobe products, such as Photoshop, Audition, After Effects, and Premiere
• Support and adhere to the Company’s core values
• Graphic design experience
• Strong desire to learn new skills and technology
• Strong motivation and team orientation
• Strong time management and follow-up skills
• Working knowledge of the MS Windows environment

Responsibilities

• Assess individual/group training needs for each course for the GTM Organization
• Participate in the development and ongoing maintenance of the BeyondTrust Academy training materials
• Make use of new eLearning technologies and methodologies
• Keep personal IT skills and knowledge up to date
• Responsible for training GTM employees on BeyondTrust software and ensuring full knowledge transfer
• Organizes, plans, and executes self-paced course creation and update processes
• Instructional design of coursework
• Use and further develop visual design skills to produce engaging and clear training
• Convey concepts clearly using excellent writing skills
• Maintain deep knowledge of the BeyondTrust software product lines
