Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field
- Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs for diverse audiences
- Strong instructional design skills with a focus on adult learning principles
- Excellent communication, advanced presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across the organization
- Ability to create quality computer based training materials
- Strong coaching & influencing abilities
- Proficient in Google applications and Canva
Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization and support the Learning & Development manager on L&D initiatives
- Identify skill gaps
- Design and deliver engaging training programs
- Measure the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance and overall business goals
- Conduct training needs assessments through a variety of methods, such as skills gap analysis, and employee surveys
- Design learning curriculum, develop training materials, and deliver training programs using a variety of instructional methods, including instructor-led training, eLearning, blended learning, and on-the-job training
- Source and develop high-quality training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules
- Facilitate a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes active participation and knowledge retention
- Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to ensure training programs align with departmental needs and overall business objectives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, assessments and data analysis
- Stay current on industry best practices in learning and development and emerging technologies in the field
- Maintain accurate training records and reports
