Summary
Join BAD Marketing, a leading Growth Marketing Agency, as an Email & SMS Account Manager. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, providing exceptional email and SMS marketing services, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves developing effective email and SMS strategies, communicating them to the team, providing feedback on campaigns, and analyzing account performance. You will also be responsible for planning and monitoring campaigns, utilizing data to make informed decisions, and ensuring optimal performance.
Requirements
- Holistic understanding of eCommerce and Email & SMS Marketing
- Prior experience in Account Management and the ability to juggle multiple accounts at once
- 1+ years of experience with Ecommerce platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to relay complex strategy with EXTREME clarity
Responsibilities
- Able to lead a team confidently
- Come up with effective and revenue-driving Email and SMS strategies that help grow the clientβs accounts
- Communicate email and SMS strategy ideas to a team so they can execute efficiently and effectively
- Provide feedback on email and SMS campaigns and automations, ensuring they are error-free and the design and copy are fully optimized and represent each brandβs voice
- Communicate email and SMS account performance to clients and provide them with proactive plans for optimization
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and meetings
- Plan and monitor campaigns and automation, ensuring optimal performance
- Utilize data to make data-driven decisions in email and SMS design, copy, segmentation, and strategy
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred experience with Klayvio (if not Klaviyo, an email marketing platform)
