Requirements

• Proven experience designing and coding emails using Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable
• Deep understanding of responsive design best practices for email
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS with the ability to resolve rendering issues
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Familiarity with performance analytics and applying insights to improve design
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a marketing or agency environment
• Excellent organization and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-converting emails that reflect our brand identity and support business goals
• Create responsive layouts optimized for both mobile and desktop across major email clients
• Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and CRM teams to bring email campaigns from concept to execution
• Develop and maintain reusable templates in platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable
• Stay up to date on email UX, deliverability, accessibility, and design trends
• Leverage performance metrics (CTR, open rate, conversions) to inform design iterations
• Troubleshoot rendering issues with solid knowledge of HTML/CSS for email
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent iterations and A/B testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in email design
• Proficiency with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
• Background in UX/UI or conversion-focused design
