Email Marketing Associate

Summary

Join Cuyana as an Email Marketing Associate and execute email and SMS marketing strategies to engage, retain, and increase customer lifetime value. You will be responsible for campaign execution, analysis, and optimization, collaborating with various teams. This remote position, preferably based in Greater Los Angeles or San Francisco, requires 1-2 years of experience in email and SMS marketing. You'll leverage platforms like Klaviyo and utilize A/B testing to enhance campaign performance. Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in an online consumer company
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
• Exposure to A/B testing and willingness to learn optimization techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in learning data-driven marketing strategies and turning insights into actionable improvements
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with marketing tools and platforms

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of email and SMS campaigns, including creative build, audience segmentation, QA, deployment, analysis, and monitoring of channel best practices
• Assistance with email communication calendar planning and briefing
• Assist in implementing communication strategies focused on personalization, segmentation, triggered campaigns, and other initiatives to drive customer engagement and retention
• Support the setup and execution of A/B and multivariate tests to optimize creative design and campaign performance
• Work collaboratively across Brand Marketing, Content, Design, Merchandising, and Digital to ensure channel objectives and performance are consistently achieved
• Help maintain contact list health and assist in strategies to grow the subscriber base while ensuring strong deliverability

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Klaviyo and SMS marketing platforms
• Experience with Shopify
• Candidates located in the Greater Los Angeles and San Francisco areas
