Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in enrollment marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar marketing field
- Experience with supporting the planning, QAing, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns and other initiatives designed to acquire new customers via email, direct mail, and webinar channels
- Known for out-of-this-world attention to detail and stellar project management skills
- Desire to implement new processes and improve existing ones
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Comfort and flexibility with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to anticipate potential roadblocks or problems before they arise, not afraid to speak up, flag any concerns, and ask for support or guidance to move forward swiftly
- Self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrate an ability to quickly learn new technologies and growth tools/platforms
- Desire to grow into a marketing campaign manager, enrollment marketing manager, or similar role in the future
Responsibilities
- Provide critical support across the Growth and Engagement (G&E) team functions, with a primary focus on supporting Enrollment Marketing within the G&E team
- Support various campaigns and other initiatives that accelerate member enrollment and engagement across a number of channels like webinars, content (e.g. landing pages), direct mail, email, and more
- Support the development and maintenance of communication assets provided to SMB/MM employer customers to share with eligible employees in order to drive awareness of the Carrot benefit
- Manage the logistics of scheduling/hosting webinars and uploading recordings for on-demand viewing, with flawless management of the details so as not to miss a beat
- Manage a complex, ever-evolving library of marketing communication assets, ensuring reliable and accurate version control and localization for multiple languages
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Anticipate potential roadblocks or problems before they arise, not afraid to speak up, flag any concerns, and ask for support or guidance to move forward swiftly
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms such as Asana, Figma, Salesforce, Domo, and Webflow
- Experience in B2B2C, healthcare, or health tech
