Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing with a focus on campaign management
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally using project management tools (e.g., Wrike or Asana)
- Proficient in using email marketing tools and basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting
- Capable of managing overlapping campaigns and deadlines efficiently without compromising quality
- Strong focus on QA and accuracy in campaign execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and use data to optimize future email strategy
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, list segmentation, and reporting
- Effective team player who can work across departments to bring email campaigns to life
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, lifecycle automations, and triggered messages
- Maintain and optimize audience segmentation, list hygiene, and campaign workflows within the email marketing platform
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to develop email assets that align with brand voice and campaign objectives
- Manage project timelines, document processes, and coordinate tasks across stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Conduct thorough QA of email campaigns (e.g., formatting, links, personalization, deliverability) to ensure quality and accuracy
- Ensure all emails are delivered on time and meet established performance standards and compliance requirements
- Monitor campaign metrics, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Identify challenges and opportunities within email performance and propose actionable solutions to drive engagement and ROI
