Emerging Enterprise Account Executive

You will drive growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business and expansion opportunities for emerging enterprise accounts. As the face of Lumos, you will deliver the value proposition, manage complex sales cycles, and build long-term strategic relationships. This role demands full sales cycle ownership, pipeline generation through targeted outbound strategies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will manage a technical deal cycle with the solutions engineering team and lead with an empathetic approach to customer care. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales
- An understanding of how to navigate the buying process for companies between 500-2000 employees
- Demonstrated understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodology
- Experience working with IT, Security, GRC or similar technical buyers (experience selling cybersecurity is a plus)
- Ability to be nimble and a desire to be in a start-up environment where resources are still being built or refined
- Salesforce.com hygiene and deal management rigor
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Help customers solve problems that truly add value
- Demonstrate excellence in identifying and managing potential customers, conducting an in-depth discovery process, and assessing whether Lumos is a good fit to successfully convert prospects to customers
- Take ownership of building and managing your pipeline through a targeted outbound strategy
- Manage a technical deal cycle in partnership with the solutions engineering team
- Work cross-functionally across GTM teams including solutions engineering and Customer Success to ensure quality onboarding, customer experience and to share valuable customer insights
- Lead with an empathetic approach and demonstrate care for the customer and their longterm journey with Lumos
