Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or People Operations in a 200+ team member organization
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, HRIS, and ATS systems

  • Very strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes

Responsibilities

  • Support our hiring teams finding amazing talent
  • Organize and schedule interviews, follow up on hiring team members and candidates
  • Create job descriptions and make them public on diverse sourcing channels
  • Support all new team members' onboarding process from creating employment contracts to finding the perfect buddy
  • Maintain high data integrity in our HRIS system, and other HR tools
  • Support the Salary Raise and Stock Option allocation processes
  • Help our team members in relocations, contract changes, paternity, maternity leaves and all sorts of different administrative needs that can happen in a fast-paced growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Remote working experience is a plus
  • Eligibility to work within the EU
