Requirements

• 10+ years of HR mastery, particularly in the consulting, digital and technology sectors
• Proven experience in leading transformation aligned with business goals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
• Experience creating and implementing processes and programs focused on talent development and retention
• Skilled in coaching and developing leadership at all organizational levels
• Ability to cultivate and maintain high energy across organizations
• Fluent both Polish and English

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the executive team and mid-level management to align HR strategies with business goals
• Develop teams across multiple locations, fostering collaboration and performance excellence
• Manage and implement best practices across the entire employee lifecycle
• Design and manage career paths, performance reviews, and employee development programs
• Build effective compensation matrices, incentive structures, and bonus systems that balance cost-efficiency with employee retention
• Conduct strategic workforce planning to identify and fill critical roles, ensuring the right people are in the right positions
