You will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their strategic needs and maximizing the value of their partnership with Guild. Collaborate with the Employer Partner Services team to translate client needs into effective strategies and action plans. Work across a concentrated set of Healthcare clients to formulate account strategies, manage key workstreams, and become a trusted advisor. Increase employer partner satisfaction through compelling storytelling and content creation, and establish long-term strategic relationships. Partner with the Director in team development and mentor junior team members. Guild offers a competitive salary, bonus compensation, and company stock options.
Requirements
- Enterprise B2B customer success or client services experience (healthcare experience preferred but not required)
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize information and communicate insights effectively
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills including the demonstrated ability to present insights and complex information in a clear and understandable manner
- Strong organization and team management, with high attention to detail and the ability to keep track of both the high-level progress and the small details
- Proactiveness in solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and the eagerness to take on additional initiatives as needed
- Experience engaging cross-functionally with a broad range of internal and external collaborators
- A team-oriented mindset, thriving in an environment that’s collaborative and celebrates change
Responsibilities
- Formulate account strategies and outline clear roadmaps for success across Guild’s commercial outcomes, the employer’s critical initiatives and their employee’s educational and career goals
- Manage key workstreams from onboarding to expansion throughout their partnership with Guild including partnering with cross-functional teams
- Become a trusted advisor by proactively engaging with employer partners to understand their needs, goals and challenges. Use qualitative and quantitative skills and robust problem-solving approaches to develop actionable and compelling recommendations to address their needs
- Increase employer partner’s satisfaction through robust storytelling and content creation, honing your ability to create compelling narratives and visuals while bringing Guild’s insights and strategic initiative ideas to life
- Establish and develop long-term strategic relationships with current and new employer executives and day to day partners
- Partner with the Director in the team’s development and scaling efforts
- Serve as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and training and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team to enhance overall performance
