End User Support Intern

Summary

Join our Information Technology team as an End User Support Intern, providing technical support for a dynamic trading environment. This role involves hands-on deployment and sustenance of systems and applications, collaborating with technology professionals to deliver solutions built on Microsoft technologies.

Requirements

• Rising Senior (December 2025 – May 2026) or rising Junior (December 2026 – May 2027)
• Pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science
• Minimum 3.5 GPA
• Effective time management and organization skills
• Ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Fundamental knowledge of networking including DNS and DHCP
• Fundamental knowledge of operating systems and basic troubleshooting
• Interest in the application of technology to investment management and financial markets

Responsibilities

• Deploy and sustain the systems and applications directly utilized by our end-users
• Provide technical support for an active trading environment
• Work closely with employees to support their technology needs
