Summary

Join Energy Solutions, a growing company focused on market-based programs for energy, carbon, and water savings, as an Energy Efficiency Project Manager II. You will lead an Illinois-based energy efficiency utility program, working with the retail team and applying sales data to the incentive program. Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience (graduate school years applicable) with a degree; a minimum of 7 years of work experience without a degree
  • A bachelor's degree with an energy-related discipline preferred but not required
  • A minimum of 2 years project management experience
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk management and mitigation
  • Strong technical writing, data analysis, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage tactical and strategic tasks
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and to serve as the primary point of client contact for some projects
  • Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Office (Office365, SharePoint, OneNote), Excel and PowerPoint in particular
  • Willingness to conduct business travel

Responsibilities

  • Overall direction, management, quality control and completion of program deliverables
  • Communicating program progress to management, clients and external stakeholders
  • Planning and monitoring timelines to complete projects on time and on budget
  • Interacting with customers, clients, and external collaborators
  • Developing and managing multiple complex project budgets, forecasts and tasks with minimal oversight
  • Conducting market research and data analysis on residential appliances
  • Regularly attend and participate in industry workshops
  • Process Program incentives and ensure accuracy

  • Compensation to commensurate with experience with the pay band of  $79k - $92k
