Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales and/or account management experience
  • 5+ years of experience with healthcare organizations, ideally a healthcare service provider, managing accounts to target revenue goals
  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with physicians
  • Located in Atalanta, NYC, or Washington DC
  • Ability to travel up to 30-40%; significant local travel if based in the DC area

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain irreplaceable relationships with physicians and executive leadership at provider organizations to promote research adoption and growth
  • Become an expert in clinical research to effectively support organizations in their research programs with Topography Health, addressing challenges and driving service adoption
  • Lead strategic goal-setting initiatives by managing weekly leadership meetings, monthly financial reviews, and quarterly business reviews
  • Partner with Business Development to identify and launch new opportunities within your region
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, working cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Design, implement, and document innovative strategies to drive physician engagement, including collaborating with Product teams on new technology and operational initiatives
  • Exhibit immense attention to detail and hyper-organization in all aspects of the role, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of responsibilities
  • Engage with physicians and site staff to facilitate the success of clinical studies, addressing their needs and fostering a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a growth-stage startup
  • Previous experience working for a CRO, Sponsor, SMO, or other clinical research organization in site development or account management
