Join SBI as an Engagement Manager, Pricing and be at the forefront of driving innovative go-to-market transformations, helping clients solve their revenue growth and pricing challenges. As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of client projects, leading discovery efforts, generating analysis, producing deliverables, and guiding clients through solution implementation. You will establish yourself as a revenue growth expert, providing insights for transformational growth. Apply your pricing strategy expertise to optimize client pricing models and revenue generation, analyzing current structures, benchmarking against industry standards, and recommending strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness. Work on-site at client locations and remotely, reporting to an SBI Director, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery. The role requires a deep understanding of value-based, competitive, and pricing optimization techniques.
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in Management Consulting and at least 5 years of pricing strategy experience
- Have a mix of industry and professional services experience, including: Some experience in a variety of the following categories: a top-tier management consulting firm, private equity firm, or large enterprise clients
- Have functional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Customer Success, and Pricing Strategy
- Have expertise in developing and implementing pricing strategies, including value-based pricing, competitive pricing, and dynamic pricing models
- Have experience in the C-Suite or with VP-level executives, especially CROs, VP-Sales, CMO, VP-Marketing
- Have experience communicating complex ideas effectively to executive audiences
- Be able to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization, including the Board of Directors, utilizing executive-level written, verbal, organizational, and presentation skills
- Have demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional projects
- Have solid functional knowledge, within SBIβs Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), including but not limited to strategy, business development, product development, project management, marketing, sales, and pricing optimization
- Have an MBA from a top business school
- Have the ability to travel at least 20% - 40% of the time
