Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Science roles, with a focus on delivering insights that drive business outcomes
• Advanced expertise in SQL and relational databases
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
• Extensive experience with data manipulation and visualization in Python
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-based data environments (GCP preferred) and understanding of OLAP/OLTP systems
• Proven experience communicating complex data insights and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and guide analysis efforts across the organization
• Ability to drive strategy and influence business decisions through actionable insights
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and resourceful approach to overcoming challenges
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects independently
• Passion for learning new technologies and continuously improving data analysis methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to translate complex business requirements into comprehensive data analysis projects
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior data analysts, teaching best practices in data analysis and reporting
• Write and execute advanced SQL queries from diverse data sources for in-depth analyses
• Proactively uncover trends, stories, and insights that will inform business strategy and drive decision-making at the highest levels
• Use insights to craft and deliver strategic recommendations aimed at improving business operations, growing programs, and enhancing external partnerships
• Develop and maintain advanced analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations, ensuring data accuracy and clarity for all stakeholders
• Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, clients, and external partners in a compelling and accessible format
• Lead the operationalization and automation of data analysis processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency in delivering insights
• Perform advanced ad-hoc analyses, identifying opportunities for business improvement and growth
• Provide expertise in data governance and ensure data quality and integrity across all projects
