Engineering Manager

Summary

Join Addepar, a global technology and data company, as an Engineering Manager leading the Visualization Team. You will be responsible for shaping the next generation presentation layer platform architecture, coaching and mentoring a team of software engineers, delivering solutions for clients, driving software delivery, and improving engineering processes. This role requires experience leading full-stack software engineering teams, preferably in a product engineering context, experience or interest in financial technology, strong communication skills, and a passion for developing people and coaching engineers to succeed. You will also need experience managing software projects throughout the SDLC, improving team agile processes, estimation and project planning, and experience with systems architecture.
