Summary

The job description is for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Web & Add-ins team at Aleph, a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) software company. The role involves driving development, delivery, and optimization of the web app and add-ins, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• 2+ years in a management role
• Experience building and shipping high-quality user-facing products in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the domain of no-code or data tools
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High tolerance for ambiguity and change
• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of talented engineers
• Drive the execution of projects from conception to delivery
• Provide technical guidance, expertise, and oversight to the team
• Lead by example through hands-on contribution to code reviews, architecture discussions, and problem-solving
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Benefits

Compensation range: $180,000 - $240,000, in addition to competitive equity packages
