Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for the development and maintenance of our microservices-based core integration engine
- Lead the team focused on extending the engine capabilities through the development of connectors, triggers, and other add-ons
- Propose technical hypotheses and drive R&D efforts to improve system capabilities
- Ensure proper architecture for a highly distributed system
- Work closely with the technical team, participating in code reviews, discussions, and validating the use of best practices
- Drive initiatives focused on optimizing application performance, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and reliability
- Dive deep into technology and pay attention to details to guarantee high-quality outputs
- Prioritize and execute performance benchmarks and load testing to validate system scalability and stability
- Oversee end-to-end deployment pipelines, ensuring that software is not just delivered but also effectively runs in production environments
- Foster a culture of operational excellence within the team, emphasizing reliability, monitoring, and incident response
- Lead a team of engineers; mentor and guide them through their career development
- Hire new team members and manage performance, including dismissals when necessary
- Lead and manage budget allocation for the teams
- Ensure teams meet project milestones and delivery timelines
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and upper management
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Familiarity with various integration frameworks and a strong commitment to open-source contributions
- Familiarity with the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology is a plus
