Summary

Join Feedzai's Engineering team as an Engineering Manager in the Build team, leading a team focused on CI/CD tooling and developer experience. You will empower engineering teams to build, test, and ship software efficiently and reliably, improving build speed, deployment workflows, and the internal tooling ecosystem. This role demands strong technical leadership and a user-centric approach, prioritizing developer needs and removing development lifecycle friction. You will manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration, and drive the success of technical projects. You'll collaborate with engineers and tech leads to identify pain points and create productivity-enhancing tools. Champion best practices in implementing scalable CI/CD systems and work closely with recruiting to attract top engineering talent.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of team leadership and/or management experience in technical teams
  • 5+ years of software development experience in engineering or platform/tooling roles
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
  • Good knowledge of cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and modern software architecture
  • A passion for improving engineering workflows and reducing developer friction
  • Ability to balance technical innovation with business impact and drive results
  • Excellent English skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of engineers, supporting their career growth and day-to-day execution

  • Provide technical leadership, guiding the team in architecture, design, and code reviews

  • Work closely with recruiting to attract and hire top-tier engineering talent
