Summary

Join Grammarly's Organizational Knowledge team as an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team building graphs of data about Enterprise customers' use of Grammarly, and drive the development of a knowledge graph integrated with analysis, ranking, and suggestion systems.

Requirements

  • Has 5+ years of managing high-performing engineering teams with a track record of shipping measurable impact to both internal and external customers
  • Share examples of working directly with Data Science and Product to iterate on ideas and build roadmaps for the team
  • Has worked on products with a high level of ambiguity, building ground-up products or MVPs to validate ideas and turn them into successful products or features with measurable impact
  • Understands graph algorithms and/or has built systems transforming unstructured data into graph representations with schema that provides flexible query technologies
  • Has developed APIs and visualizations of data to query complex networks
  • Has experience in developing projects that give the user control and advocating for the responsible use of customer data

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of a knowledge graph that will be integrated with our analysis, ranking, and suggestion systems
  • Help build and lead a team of talented engineers and cross-functional partners to build industry-leading capabilities using cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, graph databases, and provide services to our data science teams
