Engineering Manager

Summary

Join Grammarly's Enterprise Writing Compliance team as an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team building new products and capabilities for our Enterprise customers, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Design departments.

Requirements

• Has 5+ years of managing high-performing engineering teams with a track record of shipping measurable impact and value to customers
• Share examples of working directly with Design and Product to iterate on ideas and build roadmaps for the team
• Has worked on products with a high level of ambiguity, building ground-up products or MVPs to validate ideas and turn them into successful products or features with measurable impact
• Has experience hiring great talent and coaching teams to deliver high impact
• Embodies our EAGER values—is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable

• Is able to meet in person for their team’s scheduled collaboration weeks, traveling if necessary to the hub where their team is based

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of innovative new product features to personalize Grammarly for business and enterprise customers
• Help build and lead a team of talented engineers and cross-functional partners to build industry-leading capabilities using cutting-edge technologies such as GenAI and custom models
