Engineering Manager

Summary

Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a Software Engineering Manager to lead the Data Solutions team in Brazil. This team builds and maintains internal data products used by various teams across the company. You will lead the design and development of these products, drive automation and scalability in data and ML workflows, and make key architectural decisions. Requirements

• Proven experience in data engineering and software architecture at scale
• A track record of building internal solutions and driving cross-functional adoption
• Hands-on expertise with tools such as Flink, Spark, Airflow, Trino, Kubeflow and Kubernetes
• A strong belief in data accessibility, platform thinking and engineering excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of in-house data products that empower data practitioners across the company
• Combine hands-on engineering with team leadership and technical product direction aligned with our data strategy
• Drive automation and scalability in data and ML workflows through reusable, well-architected solutions
• Own key architectural decisions and guide the adoption of technologies that shape our data ecosystem
