Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a Software Engineering Manager to lead the Data Solutions team in Brazil. Requirements

  • Proven experience in data engineering and software architecture at scale
  • A track record of building internal solutions and driving cross-functional adoption
  • Hands-on expertise with tools such as Flink, Spark, Airflow, Trino, Kubeflow and Kubernetes
  • A strong belief in data accessibility, platform thinking and engineering excellence

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of in-house data products that empower data practitioners across the company
  • Combine hands-on engineering with team leadership and technical product direction aligned with our data strategy
  • Drive automation and scalability in data and ML workflows through reusable, well-architected solutions
  • Own key architectural decisions and guide the adoption of technologies that shape our data ecosystem
