Requirements
- B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience building production SaaS software
- Track record of successful engineering people leadership
- Demonstrable experience writing type-safe code with TypeScript
Responsibilities
- Work with our talented engineering team to ensure successful execution, and solve technical problems
- Guide the team through nuanced decisions, balancing speed of delivery, quality and complexity
- Unblock engineers to do their best work
- Contribute to improving our "Keeper culture"
- Collaborate directly with the CEO, CTO, Product Manager, and UX Designer to accelerate growth
