Join Reddit as the Engineering Manager of the Ads Signals Growth team and lead the development and maintenance of APIs, 3P integrations, and foundational infrastructure for collecting and curating off-platform signals. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Experience partnering with product managers and designers to build new products

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading a team of engineers to develop and maintain products, APIs, and infrastructure for collecting and curating off-platform signals
• Driving adoption of our libraries and APIs by creating delightful developer experiences for advertisers
• Adopting new privacy-centric standards and APIs and leveraging privacy enhanced technologies to build the next generation of measurement tools
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, data science, and solutions, to drive advertising revenue and improve campaign performance
• Setting team goals and objectives, and tracking progress towards achieving them
• Identifying and developing talent within the team and providing mentorship and career development opportunities
