• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or relevant work experience
• 12+ years of professional engineering experience
• At least 7 years of full-time IC work
• At least 5 years of hands-on people management experience
• Strong leadership skills that involve performance management, mentoring, and career growth
• Demonstrable project management experience in breaking down projects and delivering on fixed target dates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
