Summary

Join Rula as an Engineering Manager to lead the Money team, responsible for ensuring timely payments and clarity in patient bills. Work remotely from anywhere in the US, collaborate with stakeholders, and build a diverse community of team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or relevant work experience
• 12+ years of professional engineering experience
• At least 7 years of full-time IC work and at least 5 years of hands-on people management experience
• Experience that involves performance management, mentoring, and career growth, thereby demonstrating strong leadership skills
• Demonstrable project management experience, including breaking down projects and delivering on fixed target dates
• Experience working cross-functionally with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Ensure Providers get paid in a timely manner for the services they provide, and patients have clarity on their bill in advance, if any
