Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in managing, leading, and inspiring a team of remote engineers, including hiring, retaining, and managing performance
  • 5+ years of work experience in a Software Engineering role, with proven technical leadership skills and expertise in designing scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions
  • Proficient in agile team software development and strong Project Management, delivering complex projects within defined timelines and resource constraints
  • Adept at collaborating cross-functionally, communicating effectively, and aligning efforts to achieve common goals
  • Passionate about technology, staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a team of 4-7 individuals through effective recruitment, mentoring, leadership, and performance management
  • Build amazing, delightful products that win the market
  • Work with Product Managers to define the roadmaps
  • Plan and drive project execution
  • Drive product quality, reliability, and user experience
  • Assist with sales and customer calls
  • Review and oversee technical design documentation and decisions
