Requirements

• Extensive experience in engineering, including leadership roles such as Engineering Manager
• A proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Deep technical knowledge and experience in designing and implementing robust application architectures and scalable system designs
• Experience in cloud-based computing (we’re hosted on AWS)
• Empathy and a commitment to mentoring, guiding, and supporting your team’s growth and career development
• A product-focused mindset paired with excellent stakeholder management skills
