Requirements

• Have expert knowledge of modern web technologies and deep knowledge of the software development process to deliver timely high-quality software
• You have an engineering background (SW development)
• You are a good communicator
• You are able to accurate translate technical jargon and complicated concepts into something simple and understandable
• You speak English fluently
• You have an entrepreneurship mentality. You are a self-starter and self-motivated
• You have previously managed engineers or projects

• Working closely with the teams of developers and product managers to ensure the best solutions by applying the best process and tools
• Being responsible for ensuring that the product vision is realised through excellence in execution
• Empower your team members, and make sure that they are inspired and have a feeling of ownership and progression
• Shape your team's structure, and be a hiring manager for your team
• Implement technical solutions and processes that foster a healthy and efficient engineering organisation
• Actively looking for opportunities to automate tasks to increase team efficiency
