Play a key role in evolving our organizational structure and scaling our engineering organization.
Requirements
- You have a solid software engineering background and experience leading cross-functional technology teams
- You bring several years of experience in engineering leadership roles and a strong sense for growing teams and individuals
- You’re a technical hands-on leader who is passionate about technology.You care deeply about good engineering – and know that great teams are the key to great technology
- You’re pragmatic, structured, and able to lead through ambiguity and change
- You enjoy coaching, giving feedback, and fostering a strong and healthy team culture
- You’re comfortable navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and are fluent in English; German is a plus
Responsibilities
- You lead and grow the ERP Core team that acts as the backbone of our tech strategy
- You create a strong team identity and ensure sustainable delivery, excellent collaboration, and high-quality output
- You drive change by identifying areas for improvement and leading step-by-step transformation within and beyond your team
- You influence and support other teams and managers across the organization by promoting best practices in engineering and leadership
- You collaborate closely with Product and Tech stakeholders to deliver solutions that solve real customer problems
- You actively shape continuous improvements in how we work – from hiring and onboarding to delivery processes and leadership practices
- You play a key role in evolving our org structure and scaling our engineering organization
Preferred Qualifications
Ideally, you’ve worked in product-driven e-commerce environments and ERP or logistics-related domains
