Requirements

  • 2+ years in a workflow automation, systems engineering, or business process role, with a demonstrated focus on AI tools and technologies
  • Highly knowledgeable about ongoing developments in the crypto and financial markets
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, Make, UiPath, Retool, LangChain, or similar)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript, especially for building or customizing AI integrations
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, system architecture, and data flow
  • Proven ability to evaluate tools and technologies to solve operational challenges
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP systems, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira)
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, or Tableau)
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and excited by the opportunity to help scale a fast-moving, high-impact organization

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and audit cross-functional workflows to identify automation and optimization opportunities
  • Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI tools (e.g., GPT-based systems, RPA, intelligent document processing) to enhance operations
  • Design, develop, and maintain intelligent workflows using low-code/no-code automation platforms and custom code where needed
  • Fine-tuning existing LLMs (e.g., GPT models) on internal data to improve performance on specific tasks like summarization, classification, or chatbot interactions
  • Integrate disparate systems via APIs to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that reduce friction and increase team velocity
  • Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor workflow performance, reliability, and ROI
  • Document all systems, integrations, and processes to ensure operational clarity and knowledge sharing
  • Train and support team leads in adopting new workflows and tools, ensuring long-term sustainability
  • Stay current on emerging AI and automation technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
