Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in a similar role or field
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive decision-making
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or fostering team development
• Familiarity with performance tracking and reporting tools
• Impeccable attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You must be comfortable with working in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems to track and analyse engineering team performance metrics
• Provide actionable insights to team leads, fostering continuous improvement
• Facilitate training sessions and skill development initiatives for engineers
• Mentor team members to achieve professional growth goals
• Collaborate on technical projects, contributing to the development process when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in performance management, people development, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Git, CI/CD tools, or similar technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to balance technical contributions with team-oriented responsibilities
• Experience in software development, preferably with Laravel or PHP
• Startup/scaleup experience
• Knowledge of shares and share schemes
• Experience working in a remote team
