Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role or field
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive decision-making
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or fostering team development
- Familiarity with performance tracking and reporting tools
- Impeccable attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You must be comfortable with working in a fully remote environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain systems to track and analyse engineering team performance metrics
- Provide actionable insights to team leads, fostering continuous improvement
- Facilitate training sessions and skill development initiatives for engineers
- Mentor team members to achieve professional growth goals
- Collaborate on technical projects, contributing to the development process when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in performance management, people development, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Git, CI/CD tools, or similar technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to balance technical contributions with team-oriented responsibilities
- Experience in software development, preferably with Laravel or PHP
- Startup/scaleup experience
- Knowledge of shares and share schemes
- Experience working in a remote team
