Requirements

  • Strong background in engineering with deep knowledge of semiconductor, hardware systems, software development, systems integration, and cryptographic technologies
  • 10+ years of proven experience in program management within a technical environment, preferably in the cryptographic or high-tech industry. Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar frameworks is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts and project status to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for all engineering activities, providing clear direction and ensuring alignment between semiconductor hardware (design, verification, physical design), systems hardware, software, research, and operations teams
  • Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets. Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Technical Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical teams to ensure seamless integration of components and systems. Help support and address technical challenges as they arise
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including those in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables. Play part in the management relationships with test, manufacturing, assembly, and packaging partners
  • Track and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgetary constraints. Provide regular updates and status reports to the CTO and other stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project strategies
