Engineering Team Lead, Remote - Swiss Confederation

Summary

The job is for a Lead Engineer position at Frontify, a company that provides a brand management platform. The role involves leading a team of engineers to enhance and build the product, with a focus on DAM (Digital Asset Management). The position can be remote or on-site in St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor in Computer Science or a related field
• You're an engineer at heart, finding fulfillment in leading Software Development teams for at least 1-2 years
• You have proven professional experience with React, Typescript and/or PHP, as you will lead a multidisciplinary team
• You're an expert in architecting/designing, developing, and maintaining large software solutions
• You're proficient in writing Unit Tests and are familiar with test-driven development (TDD) and domain-driven design (DDD)
• You hold strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• You speak English fluently
