Requirements

• Have a track record of successfully leading and mentoring engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth
• Explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and foster alignment across teams
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and QA, to deliver high-quality features
• Gain hands-on experience developing core product features using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js
