Requirements

  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and deliver accurate resolution in a timely manner

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage enrollment configuration tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks
  • Regularly follow-up and communicate with carriers and platforms to ensure timely delivery of customer groups
  • Deliver quality work within defined service levels that will exceed the customer expectations
  • Leverage metrics to monitor and adjust performance to ensure you are working at an optimal level
  • Meet with carriers and manage relationships, owning issue resolution to drive timely build and maintenance of integrations
  • Quickly address system generated errors which relate to configurations under your purview
  • Communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, which will ensure carriers and platforms understand requirements and can deliver responses quickly
  • Use Ideon’s proprietary toolset to manage your work and deliver high-quality results for our customers
  • Being an active member of a high performing team, that is focusing on delivering solutions to our customer

Preferred Qualifications

  • High proficiency in EDI and/or API technologies (5+ years), specifically in insurance enrollment processes
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts effectively and professionally
  • Enjoy working with and delighting customers
  • A desire to develop your technical skills with the latest technologies
  • Analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
