Technical Business Analyst (Integrations) in Mexico

Summary

The job is a freelance technical business analyst position for a 6-month project involving orders, financial, and inventory integrations across various D2C platforms. The role requires at least 3 years of experience as a technical business analyst, proficiency in Agile/Lean methodologies, and over 3 years of experience in test planning, test case development, and execution.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a technical business analyst
• Proficiency in Agile/Lean methodologies with a minimum of 3 years' experience
• Over 3 years of experience in test planning, test case development, and execution

Responsibilities

• Regularly reconcile inventory (weekly or as needed)
• Compare order and refund data across multiple platforms with NetSuite records
• Provide ad hoc support to the financial team, particularly at month-end

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, or related technology is a plus
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Magento, Shopify, or similar tools is preferred
• Familiarity with Visio, Jira, DevOps, and Confluence is preferred
