Summary

Join Healthcare.com, a rapidly growing insurtech company, as a Sales Executive to expand the distribution of its insurance products. You will identify and secure new distribution partners, including FMOs, IMOs, and insurance agencies. Responsibilities include leading outreach efforts, sales presentations, and building relationships. After securing a partner, you will transition them to internal teams for onboarding. You will also collaborate with other Sales Executives and provide market feedback. This role requires extensive experience in insurance sales, a proven track record of success, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of agency contacts and experience with multi-carrier quoting platforms.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in broker or distribution-focused insurance sales
  • Proven success in bringing new, revenue-generating FMOs, IMOs, or agency relationships
  • Experience with individual and/or Medicare insurance markets
  • Proven track record of hitting production targets through new distribution relationships (not just bringing in contacts)
  • Existing network of agency owners, principals, and distribution contacts
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales presentation skills
  • Experience with multi-carrier quoting and enrollment platforms (such as E123, HealthSherpa, INSX, Sunfire)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production targets through new distribution relationships

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales Execution
  • Identify and secure new distribution partners, including FMOs, IMOs, agencies, and large independent agent groups
  • Lead outreach efforts, introductory calls, sales presentations, and product overviews
  • Represent Pivot Health and Healthcare.com at industry trade shows, conferences, and in-person agency meetings to promote Healthcare.com’s offerings, build up the prospect pipeline, and close new business
  • Transition of newly-contracted partners to internal teams for onboarding and ongoing account management
  • Partner with Sales Executives across Healthcare.com to identify opportunities for cross-functional deals that span multiple business lines
  • Maintain detailed tracking of outreach and pipeline progress to support weekly and monthly reporting
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform go-to-market strategy and product development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multi-carrier quoting and enrollment platforms (such as E123) and an understanding of how these tools support scalable broker distribution models
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, digital sales tools, or broker enablement systems
