Summary

Join Care.com as an Enterprise Account Executive for Care for Business and proactively build customer and broker relationships while exceeding revenue objectives. You will leverage your experience working with Benefits Brokers, Human Resources, Finance, and IT organizations to help employers provide family care benefits. This strategic role requires you to create awareness and value, negotiate business terms, and secure mutually beneficial partnerships. You will generate new business, manage a sales pipeline, achieve revenue goals, and build strong relationships with brokers. The position also involves consulting with C-level executives and HR teams, interacting with external partners, and collaborating with the Care for Business management team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience acquiring new customers and expanding our existing accounts
  • Experience working with benefits brokers and/or within the employee benefits space
  • Experience selling into human resources and benefits teams
  • Experience selling to all levels of decision-makers, (e.g., Managers, Directors, VP and C-level+)
  • Organized and process-oriented in approach and prioritization of opportunities and tasks – successfully able to manage concurrent activities across the sales cycle and multiple opportunities
  • Negotiating & Closing Skills – ability to consistently close deals through effective negotiations and opportunity management
  • Ability to maintain accurate information on each account in a Salesforce
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • High degree of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Strong Presentation Skills to small and large audiences, including C-level audiences

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business for our Care for Business
  • Create and maintain a consistent, balanced and accurate pipeline of opportunities in assigned territory and progress those deals through the sales cycle to close
  • Achieve individual revenue goals/quota on a consistent quarterly and annual basis
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with local and regional brokers to drive brand recognition for Care and uncover additional group opportunities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor/thought leader representing Care’s products, while bringing relevant industry and competitive insights to market
  • Consult with C-level executives and HR/Benefit teams to develop an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that improves the value delivered by Care's products and services
  • Interact with potential partners, industry groups, and other key external partners to understand and evaluate business opportunities, and to develop, modify and implement business development activities
  • Work closely with the Care for Business management team to analyze sales and financial metrics
