Summary

Join Grafana Labs as an Enterprise Account Executive and focus on prospecting and closing new business across the West Coast. You will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to handing off the account to the Customer Success team. This role requires meeting and exceeding sales goals, managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce, and understanding Grafana's product offerings. The ideal candidate will have several years of software sales experience, a proven track record of success, and experience with Salesforce. Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of software sales experience
  • Experience prospecting into accounts that have between 1000-5000 employees
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer)
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Located in the Southern Californian region

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process (prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations and account management)
  • Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Be able to understand and convey the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
  • Become an expert in managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Manage pipeline generation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity selling open source technology
  • Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC
