Summary
Join Voxy as an Account Executive and contribute to the growth of our global business! This fully remote role, based in São Paulo, focuses on generating new revenue from corporate clients. You will build and manage sales pipelines, exceed sales quotas, and implement effective sales strategies. Leveraging your B2B SaaS sales expertise, you will align Voxy's solutions with client needs and represent Voxy at industry events. Success in this role requires a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM systems. Requirements
- Reside in São Paulo
- Be a proven sales hunter and closer
- Have a strong track record of success in sales, and be passionate about education and technology
- Be an experienced sales professional with at least 7 years of relevant B2B SaaS sales experience
- Have rigorous pipeline and sales process management, negotiation, and analytic skills
- Be sharp, confident, resourceful, results oriented, proactive and have strong written and communication skills
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit, and be comfortable working in a start-up environment
- Have experience with high-growth technology companies
- Be a tireless networker!
- Be a power-user of CRM systems (SalesForce)
- Be bilingual (English, Spanish, etc.)
- Have a Bachelor's Degree
- Be able to travel based on business need (after pandemic)
- Have experience in selling to Executive stakeholders
- Have the ability to deliver client-centric and compelling sales pitches, use cases, and product demonstrations
- Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapid change environment
Responsibilities
- Create new revenue from new clients from the corporate segment
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects from identification to negotiation to execution
- Reach and exceed your sales quota and quarterly targets
- Implement sales process and strategies
- Accurately forecast your sales commitment
- Plan and execute successful sales calls
- Fully understand a prospect’s business challenges, decision-making, and purchasing process
- Develop a deep knowledge of Voxy's learning approach and technical application
- Aligning Voxy’s solution to the prospect’s business needs
- Represent Voxy at Education and Human Resources Events together with the Sales Director in Mexico & Chile
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to successfully manage new business opportunities
- Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends and competitors
Preferred Qualifications
- Have Human Capital Technology, LMS, LXP or Ed Tech Experience
- Have experience with Value Selling methodology
- Have an HR network
- Have experience in the Online Language Industry
