Summary

You will spearhead the enterprise go-to-market strategy and execution, leading all aspects of the enterprise sales motion. This pivotal role demands driving revenue growth, building a high-performing team, and representing ElevenLabs to customers and partners at the highest levels. You will own the enterprise sales function, build and lead a sales team, drive new business acquisition and partnerships, and act as an executive presence with customers. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial, as is a deep understanding of the competitive AI landscape. Requirements

  • Proven experience leading enterprise sales in a high-growth, product-led tech company (AI/ML experience strongly preferred)
  • Track record of building and scaling sales teams from the ground up
  • Demonstrated success in closing seven-figure enterprise deals and managing complex sales cycles
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically β€” shaping vision while actively engaging in the sales process
  • Strong executive presence and ability to represent the company at C-suite and board levels
  • Collaborative, humble, and highly driven to deliver impact
  • Passion for the transformative potential of Audio AI

Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise sales function: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, and execution
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing enterprise sales team, hiring managers under you as we scale
  • Drive new business acquisition, expansion, and partnerships in strategic verticals
  • Act as an executive presence with customers, including leading briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align GTM with customer feedback and market insights
  • Bring deep understanding of the competitive AI landscape to inform positioning and strategy
