Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles
- Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of account management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of additional services or products
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product, to address client needs and resolve issues
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue goals and drive customer success
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights to clients
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and at industry events when necessary
- Manage pipeline and own weekly forecasting responsibilities within the CRM platform
- Lead, organize and present business reviews onsite with customers - expected travel around 25%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the cybersecurity or software industry is a plus
- Sandler Sales Certified a plus
