Summary
Join TrueCar as an Account Manager, Enterprise Accounts and build, manage, and nurture relationships with enterprise accounts to maximize revenue growth and ensure retention. You will develop strategic plans for revenue growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver comprehensive value. This role requires proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, along with experience in digital media advertising. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Experience in digital media advertising
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data, listen for understanding, and influence outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, using data within several systems such as Excel, Tableau, dashboards, etc
- Knowledge of industry and market trends
- Ability to travel as required, up to 80% of overnight travel
- Customer-centric mindset and a strong commitment to client satisfaction
- The ability to grasp new concepts quickly with an open mind for change and a willingness to solve problems
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present information, including complex technical content, and respond to client requirements/requests with client contacts at various levels, including senior leadership and C-suite executives
- Ability to understand client standards and requirements pertaining to offered products, features, and capabilities
Responsibilities
- Drive TrueCar initiatives within an environment of large and complex enterprises and develop relationships with key field leadership within those accounts to influence
- Develop progressive growth strategies and successfully overcome challenges and obstacles to execute and achieve growth within assigned enterprise accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with major dealers by understanding their business goals and challenges using a proactive outreach approach
- Act as the primary point of contact between TrueCar and the enterprise, acting as a business partner that influences dealer business decisions
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services or products
- Develop account plans and strategies to meet sales and growth targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to dealer business needs
- Ensure dealer satisfaction with TrueCarβs products or services. Address and resolve dealer concerns or issues with a sense of urgency
- Gather dealer feedback and advocate for improvements
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set for enterprise accounts
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments that may affect enterprise accounts
- Maintain and document accurate records of account activity and sales forecasts in Salesforce
- Proactively analyze account performance to identify opportunities and provide regular quarterly business reviews of accounts to leadership
- Coordinate with the Sales Operations team to address any service-related issues
