Enterprise Architect

Summary

Join BeyondTrust as an IT Enterprise Architect to design and implement enterprise-wide IT solutions. You will shape the architecture roadmap, optimize IT systems, and ensure scalability, security, and efficiency. Responsibilities include strategic alignment of IT with business objectives, cost reduction and optimization, technology standardization, risk management, and enhancing collaboration across teams. You will oversee the technology stack, evaluate emerging technologies, and lead digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10+ years of IT experience (3+ in enterprise architecture), and strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with various technologies, frameworks, and methodologies is also required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise architecture roles
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience with software development, APIs, microservices, and DevOps
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
• Experience with working in Scrum, Sprint, Kanban and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience in Data, Software, Infrastructure, and Security Architecture
• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, Jira, Workato, and/or Boomi
• Knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman, or other architecture frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of IT financial management and Business Intelligence
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and automation technologies

Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment - Ensure the IT infrastructure supports long-term business objectives, improving efficiency and scalability
• Cost Reduction & Optimization - Assess current IT infrastructure and recommend improvements for scalability and cost efficiency
• Technology Standardization - Establish and enforce technology standards, frameworks, and best practices
• Risk Management & Security - Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance requirements
• Enhance Collaboration - Bridge the gap between business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on technology priorities
• Oversee and manage the technology stack and the integration of third-party solutions
• Evaluate and select emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage
• Lead digital transformation and modernization initiatives across the business

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect are a plus
