Summary
Join KeenLogic's team as an Enterprise Architect supporting a government client. This full-time, primarily remote position offers excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and life insurance. Periodic on-site meetings in McLean, VA, are required. The role demands extensive experience in contingency contracting, DoD enterprise system management, and large-scale configuration management. Responsibilities include providing architectural expertise, developing roadmaps, leading system sustainment, overseeing configuration management, directing help desk operations, designing training programs, advising on technology purchases, establishing technical standards, and managing complex projects.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret or Top Secret clearance
- 8+ years of experience in contingency contracting and/or managing/using contingency tools
- Recent, directly related experience in: DoD enterprise system sustainment, operations, and development
- Large-scale configuration management and multi-environment synchronization
- System performance optimization and security compliance
- Global help desk operations and training delivery
- Program/project management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff, ensuring alignment with enterprise and operational business objectives
- Develop and deliver architectural products, roadmaps, and documentation to support enterprise systems and mission requirements
- Lead the sustainment, operations, and development of DoD enterprise systems, ensuring security compliance and optimal performance
- Oversee large-scale configuration management and multi-environment synchronization across multiple programs
- Direct and support global help desk operations, ensuring efficient issue resolution and consistent service delivery
- Design and implement enterprise-wide training programs for technical teams and end users
- Advise management on technology purchases, focusing on processing, data storage, data access, and application development
- Establish functional and technical standards for the effective management of IT infrastructure and operations
- Assess and communicate the feasibility of potential future projects, providing recommendations based on operational, budgetary, and technical considerations
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs and projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
